Ordering Christmas presents? To make sure that your gifts make it in time, we recommend you placing your order by
December 17.


Our customer service team is available for you until December 24 at 12pm and then back again from December 27.


SHIPPING
 

We ship to USA, Canada and Mexico. Shipping costs are the same for USA, Canada and Mexico

Shipments are made on a monthly basis via USPS.  Expect arrival of your shipment 6 to 8 working days after it has shipped.

                        - $6.99 per shipment for 24 and 25 month deliveries

                        - $9.99 per shipment for 12 and 14 month deliveries

                        - $19.99 per shipment for 6 and 7 month deliveries

                        - Complete kits: $39.99 per order.


RETURN
 

If for some reason you need to return a shipment please contact customer service at 877-544-6779 or via email at customerservice@deagostiniusa.com to obtain authorization. We will send you via email a prepaid UPS label that you can print and adhere to the shipping box and drop at your local UPS store or UPS drop box.
